This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the Bearz OÜ (hereinafter Bearz) website https://veebilehe-tegemine.ee (hereinafter the website).
DEFINITIONS
Personal data processing means any activity performed with the personal data of website users (hereinafter users) – collecting, processing, storing, correcting, or deleting data.
Users are all individuals who visit the website, use services, or provide information to Bearz. For example, reading articles, ordering services, or contacting Bearz via email.
Services are all free and paid products and services offered by Bearz.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
By using the website, the user consents to the processing of their data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Bearz collects the following personal data from users through the website in the following ways:
- User's email address – when the user subscribes to the mailing list or sends an email;
- User's name and email address – when the user submits an information request;
- Website traffic statistics – via Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Bearz uses personal data to:
- Provide services to the user, such as concluding and fulfilling contracts, communicating with the user, and sending invoices;
- Send notifications to the user's email address about new articles, services, and campaigns, but only with the user's prior consent.
Bearz uses website traffic statistics to improve user experience and make marketing more effective.
Users have the right at any time to prohibit the processing of their personal data, except when it is necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, including the provision of services.
SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
A third party is Bearz's contractual partner who processes personal data and through whose product or service Bearz provides services to the user.
Bearz may use third parties for daily operations who provide:
- Email delivery and management systems,
- Website hosting,
- Website usage statistics analysis,
- Social media use and social media statistics analysis,
- Accounting software use.
In addition to the third parties mentioned above, Bearz shares user personal data with partners only to the extent necessary to provide services to the user.
PERSONAL DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Bearz retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose or as required by law. For example, accounting data is stored for 7 years from the end of the fiscal year, while an email address on the mailing list is kept until the user requests its removal.
Bearz implements all reasonable measures to protect the personal data being processed. Access to modify and process personal data is limited to authorized persons only, and all user personal data is treated as confidential information.
USER RIGHTS
Users have the right at any time to:
- Request access to their data;
- Request correction, completion, or deletion of personal data under conditions prescribed by law;
- Request restriction of personal data processing;
- Request data portability.
To exercise these rights, users should send a corresponding request to info@veebilehe-tegemine.ee.
If a user is on Bearz's mailing list, they can unsubscribe and opt out of future emails via the link at the bottom of each email.
To limit cookie usage, users can make the appropriate selections in their browser settings.
If a user believes their rights have been violated in the processing of personal data, they have the right to contact the Data Protection Inspectorate.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY
Bearz reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy unilaterally and without notice to ensure compliance with laws. The Privacy Policy is always available on the website in its latest version.

Anti-Spam Policy
- Veebilehe Tegemine OÜ does not use or allow spam to advertise its services or website.
- We only send information to Estonian companies using publicly available contact information and relying on GDPR Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest.
- We do not send emails to individuals, nor do we sell or share email address lists.
- Any third parties who send spam on our behalf will be immediately removed from cooperation.
Technical Hosting Special Terms (EU TCO Regulation 2021/784)
- We provide limited technical web hosting to our existing clients. This is not a public web hosting service.
- Service users are prohibited from publishing or distributing content that is considered terrorist content under the EU TCO Regulation. If necessary, we will remove such content using manual or automated means.
- A contact point has been designated for receiving terrorist content removal orders: tco@veebilehe-tegemine.ee. We respond to official orders within one hour.
- Removed or blocked content and its metadata are stored for up to 6 months and made available only to competent authorities or courts when necessary.
- Clients have the right to file a complaint regarding content removal or blocking at kaebused@veebilehe-tegemine.ee.
